Availability of Products

Even though we shall try to deliver the products as per the details/specifications given by our consumers, we reserve the right to deliver a similar/alternate product for reasons beyond our control and any such action shall not be deemed as bad delivery.
Any item ordered by you (consumer) is subject to availability. In case of unavailability of any exact product, you will be offered to select an alternate item. We reserve complete rights to remove or alter any product offering with or without prior notice.

Order Processing Time

Specified order processing days and delivery days are working days only. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday in few countries), Holidays, and National holidays will remain excluded from the delivery timeline.
We shall try to meet the date and time of delivery as given by the user in the order form, but any delay or early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user to claim damages or compensation.
We take due care to deliver to the correct person at the address provided but disclaim any responsibility for claims or damages.

Order Security Check

We hold every order for a brief security check. If additional verification is required, you may need to submit extra documents to verify your identity with the credit card/bank information used.
Documents may include, but are not limited to: Photo ID Proof and Credit Card Statement Copy (fax/scan copy).
If you are not comfortable submitting these details, your order will be canceled, and payment refunded to the original source.

Custom Made Items

Custom-made items (apparels stitched according to your supplied measurements) cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Octroi / Import Duties / Custom Charges

Octroi or import duties are levied by your country’s customs department. The customer will be responsible for any such charges in addition to the total order amount.
No return, refund, or chargeback requests will be entertained in such cases.

Product Pricing

We reserve complete rights to modify the pricing of any products or services, with or without prior notice.

Offers & Promotions

We reserve complete rights to start, modify, cancel, or apply (or not apply) any promotional offer, discount, or activity, with or without prior notice.

Last-Minute Required Changes / Unusable Items

We presume you allow enough time margins before ordering to protect yourself from last-minute issues.
If an item arrives and you face stitching/fitting issues that prevent use for a specific event, returns or refunds will not be approved.
However, we can accept the item back for correction/rectification/modification and re-ship once fixed.

Delivery Un-Accepted for Item of Correction

If you decline to accept delivery of an item that was under correction/alteration/modification, you will not be eligible for any refund of the order amount.

Shipment Carrier

We reserve complete rights to use, choose, or change any shipment carrier/shipping agency for delivery of parcels to customer locations.

Due to the dynamic nature of fashion, our “no return, no exchange” policy helps maintain the latest Indian fashion standards.

• No refunds or exchanges will be made for online sales.

• Colors may slightly vary from screen to actual outfit.
