Returns policy

Keeping in mind the very basic nature of every product, our customers do appreciate that each product ordered online is individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided. We respect the customers’ ability to support our “Exchange policy" to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion. We firmly believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual product ordered.

What is your Exchange Policy?

Every product purchased from us goes through three different checking procedures after the product is ready.

1. Fabric, handwork and size checking.

2. Finishing department where the final finishing and polishing is done.

3. Comparing the product with the order details as per the colour, size – measurements and finishing.

However, there are rare chances of any product to be delivered with a wrong size, colour or defect and in case there is any defect or mistake from our end then we will take the matter into consideration. If there is a mistake from customer’s end (for example: Wrong size provided or change in bottom style, etc.) then product cannot be replaced as the products are individually made after the order is placed by customer, it may be standard size or custom. However, after looking at the matter if our concerned team agrees for replacement then the to and fro couriers will be borne by customer. In either cases the customer will have to send us a clicked photograph and details about the problem to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Can I cancel the order once placed?

Yes you can cancel the order within 24 hours of the order placed. Either you can cancel from the payment gateway or write us a request email for cancellation with your order id to our customer service.

Can I return the order If I receive it late?

Most of our orders are shipped on time indeed before time as we try our best to deliver every order as soon as possible.
The customer is provided with the valid courier tracking number soon after the order is shipped. Also having the best courier service tie-ups the order is always delivered on time. However any delay from the courier service is not in our hands so the order cannot be cancelled for delay.
